How to Place an Order?

If this is your first time ordering through our website, firstly you need to register before you can place an order (this is to comply with our security terms of use). To register or create a new customer account, simply fill in our online form by entering your username, password and your details (you need to do this only once).

Once you logged-in and placed an order you will receive an acknowledgement email before the actual payment, and then followed by a second email of confirmation after we have reviewed and confirmed your order. You must check your email regularly to check your order status.

Once you have registered, you can use your login details to access our site at any time to manage your account profile, including any pending orders and history of invoices (if any).

About our Delivery Service:

We provide delivery service within 5 miles radius from our restaurant locations (Roath, Cardiff). Our delivery service operates from Tue to Sun (6 days a week, last order at 10.00pm). Please note that there will be distance related charges for the delivery service (distance calculated from our restaurant), here are the details of charges:

• Within 3 miles radius - £2.00
• Within 3 to 5 miles radius - £3.00

Sorry! We do not deliver take-away over 5 miles distance, collection only in this case.

About Payment Type:

At the moment, we do not accept any type of cards payment. We only accept ‘Cash on Delivery’.
